General Contractor
When pursuing a project as a General Contractor we organize an aggressive, competitive, and complete bidding based on plans and specifications provided by an Owner or outside Architect. In an aggressive market, services from our subcontractors and vendors comprise a majority of the total costs. In order to guarantee our competitive edge, we utilize a broad base of qualified subcontractors and suppliers to assist in preparing a finalized bid. With our focus set on budget projections, we often include in our bid package a list of “Voluntary Alternatives”. This is a feature installed in our bid that offers our Owners the opportunity to reduce their costs without sacrificing function, aesthetics, and most importantly quality. We use decades of experience and relationships available in order to obtain the lowest possible qualified bid.
Design Build
After Krause Construction is selected as the Design/Builder we provide every aspect required to design, engineer and construct a project from start to finish; and all of this is done through one integrated professional team:
Civil Engineering,
Landscaping Design, Architectural and Interior Design, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, Estimating and Construction Management, Owner’s Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment Coordination, Skilled Labor Force and Construction.
That affiliations we have established throughout the years with architectural and engineering firms allows us to establish the right design staff and create the exact specifications to meet the individual requirements of our clients.
Construction Management
As Construction Managers we provide a variety of services for the Owner and their team. We will coordinate all aspects of the pre-construction phase and provide realistic budgets, schedules, and constructability reviews necessary for the success of a project. Our Team will oversee and supervise the overall project and assure that it is constructed in exact conformance with the plans, specifications and all required codes regulations, while maintaining timeliness, accuracy and contract administration.
